The Invamed Tornado
scooter is a four-wheeled unit suitable for use indoors or out.
The Tornado is a Class 3 scooter capable of being used on roads
with a maximum speed of 12 kmph (8 mph). The scooter can be
dismantle without tools for transportation. Direct Drive sealed
transmission/gearbox for efficiency combined with electro magnetic
brakes for maximum safety.
Illuminated touch control panel allows the scooter to be easily
set to suit the users requirements. Speed settings are from
1-6 indicated by the lit panel up to 12 kmph (8 mph). The red
switch when pressed will be illuminated indicating that the
scooter now set at normal setting. Repress the switch nd the
light will go out and the speed will be set at a maximum of
12 kmph (8 mph) in road speed. Green, yellow and red coloured
bar level indicators show battery charge levels.
For you're added safety in an emergency, a lockable hand brake
is fitted. Off board 6amp battery charger.
Automatic braking system will operate if the scooter reaches
above a certain speed when freewheeling. |
