The Invacare Blade has
been designed especially for children. With its wide range of
seat, backrest and footrest options, this smart manual wheelchair
can grow with the child, giving true flexibility. The bright,
colourful frames and upholstery have been designed to match
your child's individuality and add a touch of fun to their busy
lives!
With 15 different seat sizes the Blade can accommodate children
of all shapes and sizes from approximately 3 years to 15 years.
The flexibility of this model means comfort and support for
a growing child and provides the correct sitting position.
Kids are always on the move and with the choice of two rear
wheels sizes - 22" as standard and 20" as an option
- plus two horizontal wheel positions the Blade is ideal for
outdoor activities. It aids lateral transfer, has good handling
ability and is easy and lightweight to propel.

At Invacare we haven't forgotten the need to look good,
especially with today's image conscious kids! The Blade
comes in a choice of five great chassis colours and two
bright upholstery choices, so the chair can be customised
to everyone's taste. The lightweight Blade folds down
to a compact size with cross strut frame and mid-height
folding backrest, making it a simple matter to dismantle
and pop into a car boot, or for storage when not in use. |
